Nearly everyone with a window also has something to put over the window.  Window coverings (window treatments) are important for light, privacy, heat, style, etc. – you get the picture.  So, why is it that they get no attention?  We’re not talking about a parade, just some acknowledgement as one a handful of home decorating core essentials.  That’s what we’ll be talking about here.
